take their qualified immunity away and hold them responsible for their actions instead of making the poor tax payers paying for their corruption take it from their pockets and pension then you go after their bonds then you will see a change because if it's going to come from their pockets and pension then they will do their job right because they don't care because it's not going to cost them anything more than likely they will get a promotion or raise
