I just listened to the story in channel 6 news app. They said he was charged for kidnapping the first time but the DA’s office decided to drop it since the victim didn’t show up but they have now looked at the case again and decided to reinstate it and file charges again. My thing is if there was enough evidence to reinstate the case then it should’ve been tried the first time even without the victim. H s now facing 2 kidnapping charges.
