Been through it twice now, built up loads of debt on credit cards and loans, just doesn’t feel like real money. Lost whole weekends betting on the football, got on Gamstop in May and no bets so far 🙏 thank you for your content, it really helps 😀

for me it was making up lies to hide my loses,lost bank card wages wrong dropped wallet etc told em all,I've borrowed off everybody I knew,it got to a point where it was who don't I owe,cruel addiction glad I'm free of it,took 25 years,I'll die skint leaving nothing for my kids that's what gambling did for me

my lowest point was when I told my wife I was hacked and needed her money. that was the point I realized gambling is the actual devil. I self excluded and thank god I never went back. am doing really well now. dont gamle kids
