This is the thing I have struggled with the most postpartum and felt most unprepared for. It is SO hard to manage it all as a working mom and so easy to beat myself up that I can’t show up in the way I did before.

Me theory is you just learn to do everything faster. Before kids, I was so busy. After a kid so busy. After another kid so busy. You just divide your time differently.
