@tomofdd: Forgotten, discarded ammunition lies on the lowest level of a multi-storey bunker. The entire structure is a huge ammunition factory from the Cold War era. I don't know how long production continued here after the political change. It is a military warehouse containing Soviet ammunition for tanks, howitzers and helicopters.
