My husband and I went away for one of our anniversary’s and we got an Irish margarita. We have no clue what is in it but to this day we both talk about how good it was and this was probably 13 years ago or so. We’ve tried to have bartenders recreate it but they’re never as good.

I always make it about the same, but a double, pineapple juice instead of triple sec and then shake jalapenos with it. line rim with tajin and champy 🥰

Do you ask if the customer is allergic to orange juice before making? My friend has an allergy so would react to this, wondering how many bartenders do this? Genuine question not trying to come across b*tchy 😅 cuz I love you!!!!!

I hate oj in my margs. Ruins them for me. But I love to make mine w a reposado 2oz 3/4 oz of grand ma 1/2 oz of both simple syrup and roses lime. And sour mix. And then hit it w another 1/4-1/2 oz grand ma floater. Sugar rim for sure. Please try this and tell me what you think. Sour mix is probably maybe like 2 oz just guessing. Never measured that part.

2oz tequila, 3/4oz cointreau, 1 1/2oz Lime, 1oz simple syrup and 1/2oz orange juice. our glasses are really big so the recipe is a little bit more that usual, but it’s sooooo good
