TICCO Automation has developed an automated packaging system specifically for triangular rice balls discharged in a disordered state from the individual quick freezing machine. This integrated solution features two TICCO parallel robots equipped with vision guidance to pick and place the products onto an intermediate turntable for alignment. A Cartesian robot then transfers entire layers of rice balls into pre-opened cartons. Each filled carton undergoes weight inspection via a checkweigher, with non-compliant units automatically rejected.
