@Kam: I bought the ‘SAMSUNG - Series 6 AI Energy WD90DG6B85BEU1 WiFi-enabled 9 kg Washer Dryer’ on 14th February 2026, from Currys. The first time I used this machine, water leaked from it, leaving a puddle on the floor. I have a 5 year Samsung warranty. I phoned Samsung. They said an engineer will only come to my house if I follow their instructions to troubleshoot the problem myself first, which I did. An engineer visited my home on 26th February 2026 and said he replaced the rubber on the door, to fix the problem - he was at my home for about an hour. However the leak continued after the repair work. When I phoned Samsung about this issue again today (17th March), I was on the phone to them for over an hour. The man I spoke to at Samsung told me I had to troubleshoot to find out the problem - this took over an hour. He said if I didn’t follow all his instructions, he will not send an engineer out to my home to look at the issue. The man on the phone from Samsung insisted on sending me a link on my phone, to show him my machine in live mode, then he gave me a series of difficult instructions. For example, he instructed me to open up a pipe which leaked water everywhere, he asked me to clean a dirty pipe, and he asked me to run a wash and spin cycle for 20 minutes. I was working from home and spent over an hour troubleshooting and getting my clothes, hands and kitchen dirty! The man was Unprofessional, he kept saying I would be charged for an engineer call out, even though I told him I had warranty. Also he asked me to pull the washing machine out to acces it from behind - I almost cried explaining I couldn’t pull the machine out myself. Because the live view of the machine during the call kept breaking, he texted me a link to reconnect several times. This is the most Horrific experience I’ve had to date upon purchasing an appliance. After over an hour, he said he would arrange for an engineer to come to my home. I regret buying this Samsung machine from my experience so far. I’m surprised at how unprofessional Samsung are, and the poor quality of this Samsung product.
