It’s not rocket science. 1️⃣ Gym — 4x a week Mon / Tue / Thu / Fri Upper body / Lower body split. High reps (15–20), light weights. Light enough to move with control, heavy enough to burn in the last few reps. → I focused on simple, old-school exercises — one body part at a time. No fancy combos or lunges with curls. Just steady form and full focus. 2️⃣ Cardio — Walking 10k steps a day. No incline, no running — just steady pace around 60–70% of max heart rate. → The most efficient zone for fat burning and recovery. 3️⃣ Duration — 7 months No 4-week challenge, no shortcuts. Results will always come when you stay consistent. You just have to be patient and persistent.
