I actually think remote jobs should pay less, sorry. You don’t have to pay for commuting and you don’t need to pay housing costs to live near an office.

I think women need to all collectively demand more from the men in our lives because then companies wouldn’t try this foolishness since the men would be pulling their weight in their households.

Me having to stay at my job knowing damn well I am grossly underpaid, but it allows me to work remote if needed. My husband is in office 5 days a week and makes double. He has zero flexibility

Even for someone who doesn’t have kids. Leaving 100 k remote job to take 100k in person job is a pay cut the expenses add up. And u just go and talk on teams . It’s useless

Return to work was always about eliminating freedom and making life more difficult for women. Especially those who have kids, because what do you mean I have to get childcare from 7am- 7pm now so I can commute to 2hrs sit in an office doing the exact same thing I do at home.
