My only hesitance with the ribbed knob in the kitchen is you don’t always have the cleanest hands when you open cabinets and could get gunky/dead skin/oil/makeup etc in the ribs that’d be a pain to clean vs a rounded/smooth knob. Especially on black

designer here: rule of thumb is to usually match all architectural hardware throughout by style & colour. I'd recommend the brass as it matches the warm tones you have in other things but just an opinion 🥰
