@robmotivation: 3 years ago I cut the loose skin off my stomach after losing 100+ lbs. People always said “you don’t need to cut the skin,” “it’s not that bad,” “you could live with it,” etc… But it wasn’t about what they saw — it was about how I felt. Recovery was long and tough, but this surgery gave me a level of confidence and freedom I’ve never felt before. I finally feel comfortable in my own skin and don’t have to hide! 💪🏼
