Just saying what your doing is called "productive procrastination". Every niche has pros and cons, you just have to get cold calling or whatever outreach method you plan on doing and doing the research at the same time. Your wont get anywhere if you don't actually get the clients

I’d say be a AI consultant and sell it as a package or retainer ai agent is more work and will eventually need to hire teams for management if you stay as a consultant it’s more a freelance flexible route imo
