Yall defending but she could have Juss complied if anything ! I don’t say no to anything bc I know I’m clean but I was stopped by an officer after Super Bowl game and did everything he asked .. I told him I had one drink and I was okay he sent me on bout my day but results may vary!!! But I do realize telling the truth and being cooperative is essential!!!!!

So, depending on policy of the stores: they might have called because essentially she’s using a spot without being a patron. Whatever the reason for why they were called her behavior was concerning and the officers asked her to step out so they could better assess her (if she complied and wasn’t under any insane influence they might have just asked her to call someone to get her) instead she refused to comply and THATS why she’s getting arrested. If you haven’t done anything wrong JUST COMPLY. You can handle the facts later. But once you start disobeying you just start racking up charges.

Well first of all she is in her private property and soon she steps out then they can get her for public intoxication all they had to do as public servants was see if somebody could come get her and really leave her alone she has not committed no crime so they are really trying to trick her. Public servants these days are the criminals and she has no reason to get out and threatening her with arrest if she don’t is illegal
