as an attorney who practices federal and state law, it is my opinion that there is nothing worse than going into a family court situation against a liberal judge. She didn't give the man bail. That's a little prejudicial Considering this is not a criminal charge.

Honestly, i just do not think that child support should be a criminal charge. It is a civil matter. If a person does not want to take responsibility, that is his problem to bear. Garnish his wages and move on.
