no cuz I'm anxious and my best friend is avoidant.....it's genuinely awful and this is such a valid depiction of this dynamic. avoidant people often have a childhood without emotional support or affection that's why their system is used to it. Meanwhile anxious people grow up in homes where affection had to be earned somehow, and was like a reward to them instead of normalcy so they crave affection because it feels safe, like they are doing things right. that's just my take I added into yours

dam this really happened to me and Im avoidant too or I'm close to it at least. I finally got myself to block that person and I hope I'll never meet or text him ever again

I feel like I'm both of that but lean more to anxious and I always met avoidant person all the time..it hurts me💔
