@amyfunderburk: 15 Days Of High Protein Meals Day 13: Honey Chipotle Salmon Bites 🌶️🍯🍣🥒🍚 ingredients: ✨4 Skinless Salmon Portions, cut into cubes ✨1 Chipotle Pepper in Adobo Sauce, minced ✨ 1 Lime ✨2tsp Adobo Sauce (from the same can) ✨ 1tsp Coconut Aminos ✨ 1/4 Cup Honey ✨ Chili Flakes ✨ 1tsp of the following: paprika, garlic powder, salt & pepper directions: ✨Season your cubed salmon with paprika, garlic powder, salt and pepper. ✨Line the bottom of an air fryer with parchment paper & spread the cubed salmon out. Cook on 400 for 10-12 minutes, flipping halfway through. When 1 minute is remaining, pour 1/2 of the honey chipotle glaze on top & then finish cooking. Once the salmon is done, pour the rest of the glaze on top. ✨Make the glaze while the salmon is cooking. Combine the honey, chipotle pepper, adobo sauce, juice from 1/2 lime and coconut aminos together. Season with chili flakes (your preference how much) Serving: We made bowls out of this!
