Ok, so this was delicious! I seasoned it with spicy Dan-O’s, pepper, and umami garlic salt. I also used a cup of heavy cream instead of milk because I had some I needed to use up. I needed a little more liquid while boiling so added 2 more cups of water and some beef bouillon. I have a family of 6 so I was ok if that ended us with leftovers. Kids all loved it and asked for seconds! We dipped sliced sourdough bread in it 🥰
