@thelonesol: climbing shoe guide💭 I have been climbing for the last four years and have gone through my fair share of climbing shoes so this is my insight ! My first pair of shoes were @lasportivana Finales… These were a good starter shoe, but I did get them in my street size and because they made a real leather. They ended up, stretching another size almost. So my next shoe was the La Sportiva Solution Comps. These were my first aggressive shoe, and I absolutely love them, I noticed a big improvement in my ability to stand on a small holes and also my footwork. Through the last couple years, I have had a lot of aggressive shoes for sport climbing… And actually just got the @scarpana Instincts to try out . As for neutral shoes, getting into trad climbing means I needed a new pair of shoes because climbing in sports shoes is very uncomfortable. I originally got the La Sportiva mythos and then upgraded to the TC pros about a month ago. These were a huge upgrade and genuinely notice a difference . climbing shoes are not one size fits all, I recommend going in and trying on climbing shoes and figuring out a size that works!
