I'm gonna say "BR Kleenex" is bathroom Kleenex because she's an organized lady and only uses the cube shaped boxes in the bathroom as it fits into the decorative cover she keeps in there. Not to be confused with the LR Kleenex (Living Room Kleenex) which is obviously the rectangle shaped boxes as they are larger and more inviting for guests.

Interesting you assume they are editing the number of items on the list IN the grocery store based on how many the store had left. I would assume they looked at their inventory at home and adjusted the number of selzsrs they needed at HOME.

Bedroom cleaex or bathroom maybe she needs a certain size box of tissues for the bedroom or bathroom (BR) bc there is a tissue holder in there they have to fit in as opposed to the LR (living room) tissues for example
