He's right they need a warrant to go in the house, yes they can walk up to the door as consensual, but the second you tell them to leave they must leave... The cartilage around your house is your property.

there is a utility right of way,and there is clearances power companys have to maintain around trees,as a lineman i have had guns pulled on me multiple times definitely sucks!
