This is pretty helpful. We always use the cue to roll your shoulder blade to get into neutral position, this apparently helps. Thank you

Someone told me something once which I haven’t forgotten. Most people when they “straighten their back” tend to push their sternum forward. You want to keep your sternum tucked while pulling your shoulders back. Exactly what you are describing.

noticeably different than just posturing. I like the way it feels! And I have a handicap on my right hand and wrist but I still managed to get into a comfortable well posture but more natural and relaxed than I've always known. Thanks!
