Leave one light on. And watch your favorite Disney movie or Jacob’s favorite movie. I do that a lot bc it brings me comfort. I also put a chair under the door lol

when I travel for work I leave bathroom light on hate sleeping alone to and depending on layer ill leave a little lamp on in living room and tv on but super low volume

I always turned on a comfort show & leave a light on in the bathroom or something! The last few years I’ve started to get more comfortable but it took me a LONG time.

when i first moved out on my own I would only sleep during the day once the sun was up.. I do slumber parties when my husband is on night shifts with my daughter so im not all by myself 😂😂😂
