She wasn't the land owner. Was a skit... I think she was the owner of Jake clays.... but the land owner can call the oil company and deal with them. The pusher and co man need to keep it clean.

cigarette butts is crazy, im a co-man myself and I always try to respect the land that we're on, but picking up cigarette butts is a little bit above and beyond. Good thing we all know this was a TV show and this was for dramatic effect
