@the_frostedblossom: Get a wicked two-tone with this simple technique.❤️🖤❤️ 🖤 tip is 125, buttercream is Italian, but any will work. (My buttercream was slightly cold for this one, which I don’t typically do anymore) 🖤When using colors that don’t mix well together, it’s better to pipe a line of bc like I do here rather than use a spatula or knife. The cleaner the line of bc, the cleaner the lines on your flower. 🖤 After you pipe your black line of buttercream, add the red carefully, trying not to smash the black line as much as possible 🖤To get deep red and black, I added a few drops of regular gel food color to my buttercream and then mixed it with an immersion blender which deepened the colors immediately . 🖤the immersion blender brought out the bc’s shine, but freezing them gave them such a matte finish that they almost looked like different flowers.
