If she prepared the food then she's not a server and gets paid properly. If she is a server then she did not cook the food and she deserves no tip since no one came into the restaurant and sat down to eat

there are a lot of condiments that go with the to-go order for napkin spoon ketchup horseradish sauce au jus sauce salad dressings these take time to put in bags and get it ready. this person should have been compensated along the level of which she prepped this up for

Her complaint should be directed at herself. She agreed to a low wage position. She refused to have a pay increase conversation with her greedy boss. It is not a customer’s responsibility to pay what the employer refuses to pay 😌
