So, the grass has grown back now? Where’s the damage? To file suit against someone you have to show due cause. That neighbor is just being a Kevin. Let him continue to be a miserable human with overgrown grass.

I would be delighted if a little boy wanted to help and mow the grass or rake up the leaves. Growing up all our neighbors were elderly women any my dad had my brothers go and cut grass and bring in groceries. Each neighbor knew they could our house and whatever they needed would be done.

Beside grass, what did the child mow down? I feel like we might be missing some details, or the neighbor is crazy idk. Regardless, and apology should suffice. I don't think the boy was trying to be malicious.
