This is so misleading—I struggled with fungal acne for years. Nizoral destroys your skin barrier cuz it’s not gentle enough for your face! It did not work for me!! I hate when people say to just use nizoral. It’ll cause other problems. Get ahold of some ketoconazole cream.

psa to everyone watching and struggling, if you are using nizoral, sulfur, etc to treat fungal acne and you are not seeing noticeable results within 1-5 days then you most likely don’t have fungal acne

I’m in the same boat. Washing twice a day with nizoral and applying the ordinary sulfur powder 3 times a day. Seeing results on day 4 already

I used to have pimples on my forehead. I consulted a derma. Spent 25k for meds and topical stuff. Turns out my gut is messed up. Maybe its your gut and your hormones. According to Face Mapping, forehead acne is linked to your digestion. Eat carrot salad, but dont eat it raw. Cook it for 3 mins then season salt and pepper. Drink lemon ginger shot too. Helps digestion.

Try sa face wash ( I use life brand) + mugwort essence+ inuik beta glucan + clinique moisturizer oil free. I’ve had these for two years now but after switching my skincare routine it’s getting alot better

Guys, I think it’s fungal forehead bumps, but they could be closed comedones, is it safe to try this nizoral shampoo and then maybe just switch if it’s closed comedones and I see no change with using it?
