Top loaders don’t go through usps machine that well. If the cards were damaged I would complain but if there fine I don’t see the issue. I personally use card savers

Yeah… tcg direct has always been a bit sus to me. Either takes forever to arrive, shipping issues like this, etc

My husband and I sell on TCG. Every card gets sent in a sleeve, top loader or card saver, and team bag. Wrapped up in the packing list and secured inside. Every single order.
