I hate red velvet simply because of the mild chocolate flavor, I’d just prefer it to be chocolate or whatever I want…which would be fun to explore. Also, the only thing I really *like* about it is 1. The consistency ….which lol why would I cake pop that? (Also I’m a scratch baker, so I totally get your process but just me personally) and 2. Cream cheese frosting 😋 other than that it’s an identity crisis of a cake 😂

Tried this today. Followed recipe on the back of the cake box. Put it in the mixer right out the oven…. Was crumbly the whole time uuhhhgggghhhh. I then molded them. Was doughy when squeezed and I molded them and they came off the stick uuhhh
