as a taíno it’s interesting hearing people say baptism protects you from spiritual attack. perhaps christian descendants are haunted by the sins of their ancestors… after all, they decimated indigenous peoples in the name of their faith. maybe what they call spiritual attacks are just the echoes of the past.

What about as an adult? Does getting baptized as an adult help with the demonic attacks, even if you have already consciously accepted Jesus?

I wish I would’ve baptized my children. I switched from Catholic to Christian and you can’t do it for they have to choose. I’ve been baptized twice.

I wasn't baptised until I was 21 & boy... I went through weird things growing up in SE Asia. When I was getting closer to my baptism, the attacks were real & in your face... now that I am baptised, it isn't as forceful.

You pray over your child and plead the blood of Jesus over them. Baptism is a choice you make after the age of accountability, which is 7 years old. Btw, an undue curse flits around like a butterfly unable to find a place to land.
