I lived in New York State my entire life (WNY) I have been a bartender and server for 25 years. I was under the understanding that once all of the COVID provisions had been lifted, that taking alcoholic beverages with you from restaurants, no matter their condition, was no longer legal, save for the prior regulations for resealed bottles of wine. 🤔

In MO, I can get a to go margarita. I was told as long as the driver isn’t drinking it, the passenger can. I was shook.

Pennsylvania gal here, all gas stations sell alcoholic Slurpee’s with the same seal. I always thought it was nuts.

This make so much sense. We have a food truck local to me that serves alcoholic drinks. That’s all they serve. I was always confused about open container laws. I’m in the acuse area.
