Sadly that sign is grounds to ask someone to leave. refusal to leave then falls under trespassing which is in fact a law. there is not a single law on the books for smoking in a building. its a policy and its enforced under trespassing laws.

The sad part is he’s editing it how he wants. However, I’m a retail employee and have asked the one or two local TikTokers to not film me as a respect of my privacy. They avoid my area as a whole but i do not feel comfortable with being filmed or pictures taken. So while it’s not law, those ladies have a reason for not wanting to be filmed. It’s a respect thing and the only thing I’m learning about this dude is his lack of respect for others and his ongoing obsession with himself. 🙃
