I have tinnitus. to me it sounds like a flash grenade going off in my ears at random Times. I'm only 23 but had issues with my hearing and glue ear when I was younger

I just heard my son clear as day call out to me from atop the stairs "mom I'm awake. I'm up now" I said oh you are? youre awake? he said yeah. and then I called for him a few more times and he didn't answer. I checked his room and he's asleep in bed. idk if I'm stressed and need more sleep or what to think. came to tik tok looking for answers.

I used to hear church bells when I was trying to get to sleep. But I was extremely sleep deprived from having a baby

Would it be worth consulting a nuerologist / that kind of office? To me it sounds like different familiar sounds that would be generated by your brain. Not sure how that works with UK healthcare coverage!

my daughter has epilepsy also she has auditory hallucinations also I only just learned it could be related so I contacted her doctor here said he believes its anxiety induced

Get your ears checked properly (ent) not for hearing but for a inner ear infection I would here bubbling and squeaking

I get tinnitus awful. it gets worse when my iron levels are low. usually it's ringing, sometimes it's my heartbeat or blood pulsing. I've bought myself some loop earplugs which were delivered today to help, ill let you know if they help

I have tinnitus, it worse for me at night. During the day I’m able to drown it out a bit with noise. I have a fan going next to my bed and it quiets the ringing a bit

Well today I realized the arguments I keep hearing outside my apartment and outside my window are probably in my head as the first one I got up to the window check on it and no one was there then it started again a while after, the women fighting again but I suspected my head was making it up so I muted the tv and it disappeared. So odd, and now I think majority of arguments I hear are not really happening
