Sometimes when I don’t want to do something I’ll count up to five then just try it anyways. Works for getting me out of bed, for starting an assignment, cleaning, stuff like that. (This works for me, might not work for you.) -Yes this basically is the 5 sec rule i just wanted to share that it works for me because i’ve already done it before. ❤
