Firstly, yeah I get that not having a plate is illegal, but there's a mechanism for hiding or showing it on the bike, so he hasn't done anything illegal. I honestly think people should mind their own business, especially cops.

this cop had no idea what the hell he was doing you just making up stories and he was bored so he had to give this biker a hard time his biker was not doing anything wrong he was just filling up his bike with fuel in his copies being a dumbass because the words couldn't come out of his mouth fast enough
