My brain can’t help but go conspiracy theory on how different factors of the underground and monsters would lead frisk to look like this other than just L.O.V.E. Like, being in a cave for a prolonged period of time can’t be good for their lungs alongside the dust inhalation. Add on the fact they’re eating food that might not be safe for child consumption, they’re gonna look really sick by the end.
