An arrest is not a conviction. Police treat blacks and other minorities unfairly so many of them are arrested with little “probable cause”. The charges are often dropped or reduced to a “filing” but these minorities don’t know how to proceed with an expungement so their arrest stays with them when applying for a job.

Blacks are in the system, but some of those crimes are pretty stupid and meaningless. Crimes didn’t really happen but yes, blacks are in the system. They’ve been systemize parties own damn fault and probably the systems fault..
