Most of the latinos are hard workers cuz, they actually value money cuz it helps their families in their countries and so much more. literally the money they make here are saving people's lives

on my family farm we couldn't keep most Americans. they would work a few days, get paid, and then go lay up somewhere till the money ran out. the migrants worked all season then asked to come back next year. we paid more than minimum wage back in th 80s. hell we paid more back then then today's minimum wage.
