This happened to my hubs as he was walking through a very tall grassy field in Tampa Bay area to go fishing. He said there were huge rat snakes slithering up high enough to see over the grass. They were just going on their way, but the creepiest thing he’s ever encountered in nature this far. 😬

Don’t ever trust what time sundown is online…😅 it starts getting dark 30 mins before that. Hiking through bear country in the sierras as it’s getting dark is a little nerve racking
