@thedizzycook: Migraine Attack Ice Cubes - Electrolyte Eye Balls 👻 Save this recipe for a great, hydrating drink for Halloween parties (a healthy option too!) or even to recover the next day. Is there anything more scary than migraine with aura? Zig zags, blind spots, blurred vision…and these attacks don’t just happen on Halloween! I thought it would be fun to make a migraine inspired drink for Halloween - packed with natural electrolytes to help with hydration and an antioxidant boost (blueberries, pomegranate) which is helpful for brain function. Migraine Attack 👁️ Cubes Recipe: 1 package Fresh or frozen blueberries 16oz Coconut water Pink Himalayan salt (pinch) Sparkling water Pomegranate juice Simply place all the blueberries in a round ice cube tray, and fill with coconut water. Add a tiny pinch of salt (optional). Freeze for 8-12 hours. Add ice cubes to a glass and top with sparkling water or ginger ale, and pomegranate juice. Did you know ocular migraine (migraine with aura) affects both eyes while retinal migraine affects only 1 eye? Hopefully this helps to avoid a migraine attack on Halloween while keeping you refreshed and hydrated, with a little brain health boost.
