lifetouch photographer here! getting out glasses glare is trained to us and is the absolute bare minimum to get out for people with glasses. that photographer definitely could’ve gotten it out and was just too lazy to retake!

Yeah— We had Jostens… I refused to pay for school pictures. Wanted $75 for a bundle with digital copy that YOU CAN SEE THE GREEN SCREEN IN. She wore a light brown and black. 😐 not a trace of green on her clothes or glasses.

Once they didn’t bother to have my child smooth her hair before they took the picture, we stopped buying prints. I just order the digital image that way we can make easy photoshop adjustments if necessary and just then print out whatever sizes we want. This year I had to add warmth to her photo. They made her look super ghostly and pale

I stood over the photographer for every single picture and made sure he took them over and over until it was perfect. Some of the pictures I thought, "No way you're gonna let that kid walk away with THAT on the screen." Sure enough, he tried. Like.... no. Retake that SIR!

Aw, our school photographer did it automatically. She made my son take 1 photo with his glasses and 1 without so she could edit out the glare.

The did pics for my sons team and they were outside on the field. My son wears transitions lenses. They photoshopped his transition lenses out gave him gray eyes 😮💨 that weren’t even looking in the same direction!

Im so annoyed as well. They changed it this year so you can't get the digital file unless you buy a package. the file alone is $30 and the cheapest package is also $30. I tried to cheapest out and just get two sheets and it was $43 after taxes and fees. Such a damn rip off.

push glasses back a little and chin down! is what I tried to tell the kiddos with glasses when I worked at school photography. not every one understands or over exaggerates. but I always did my best.

Wish our schools would use a local mom and pop photo business. We had lifetouch growing up and the high school contracted our senior photos with a mom and pop photo shop. The photos were amazing.

I had a hat on for freshman pictures and the guy kept telling me to move my hats bill down further and I already wear it at an angle and by the time the picture was taken my eyebrows didn’t show and even though we asked for a re do they refused

They solved that problem for my daughter by taking her glasses. Her vision is 20/200 so she was squinting hard.
