when I do arms, I go until failure for most of my sets but after the gym I’m never really tired or sore. is that bad?

Jacob correct me if I am wrong 3.5x frequency is actually much better than 2x frequency if u look at how atrophy works and how many first sets you get per week it doesn't equal more growth tho it means faster growth in same time

I usually only get sore unless I’m training legs. Soreness can be an indicator of a good workout, but not being sore doesn’t mean you didn’t have a good workout
