people are just nasty But don't judge based on credit.. I had bad credit 10 yrs ago im still in the same rental house my landlord loves me and one of the city inspectors complimented me on how well kept and clean the house was.. of course my credit is good now but my landlord is good and rent is good.. We haven't felt the need to move 4 bd 2 story house with garage deck in back and she let us put up a pool

The best way to tent is a real-estate company that handles the tenants. A small fee and they verify, background checks, credit checks and those maintenance calls.

In Australia we have to provide bank statements, reference checks, a lot of identification and there is a digital system where you can see if a tenant has ever been blacklisted. This would be an example of someone that would get blacklisted. Sorry this happened to you
