The amount of Christians defending the movie is shocking to me. I’ve even seen and personally met some who say there is Christian undertones to it but they won’t let their kids listen to the Idol song… if you have to skip a song, skip the movie. You think they will skip it when you’re not home? Especially music. Once it’s in you, it’s in you. You crave wanting to hear it again. I still remember the DARE to keep off drugs song, the Fifty Nifty United States song, and many more that I’ve not heard since elementary school and I’m 46. There is a reason the music industry is what it is. People are singing curses over their lives and opening doorways for demons all under the guise of a good beat or catchy chorus…

As a Christian that actually works for Sony have you noticed that a lot of the Christian movies are being produced by Sony? I totally get what you’re saying and to a point I agree but this is why communication with your kids is so important. If you don’t teach them the world will. I know that God is guiding me slowly and if I’m wrong he will change my mentality. Thanks for your input though bc you’re not wrong about the spiritual warfare Christian’s are going through.
