It’s the return policy that I love.. I hope that it hasn’t changed but when I was selling them Klein has a no question asked return policy they will replace them no problem even in most cases if you let’s say used a screwdriver as a hammer

A couple years ago I replaced and added to all my handtools… some of which I got when I was a teen 50+ years old… with all new Klein. The old ones were various brands and what they had in common was they were worn out or were never very good to begin with. Yes it cost thousands to do this but they work so much better it was worth it. In another 10-20 years when I die my sons will inherit them.
