for those complaining why it's not built in your city. George Lucas went to USC so he built it right next to USC. it has been in the works before 2020

Is this in Los Angeles? It looks like a building they are working on...over there on Vermont Avenue, it's down the street from USC campus. I could be wrong but the look of this reminds me of what I've seen over there on my way to school.
