Quit using aluminum, it’s trash and costs more to fix than the trucks are worth plus body shops HATE it because they can’t just patch a panel they gotta replace everything and not just one section. It’s funny because rams and chevys get the same if not BETTER mpg even though they weigh a little more because they use steel on their bodies and they hold up better than fords. It’s not cost effective to use aluminum at all

Ford won't bring the steel back. Aluminum is the right choice to build they're own vehicles. Again, the steel will rusted out of the vehicles like salty road in the winter.
