Hard boiled egg whites. Chunk white tuna or chicken to fill the well. Paprika, s&p or Italian dressing drizzled over. Probably 10-12g per filled egg. Eat 10 and you’re at 120.

I do chicken seasoned with salt, pepper, and smoked paprika in a crockpot with bone broth, and then shred, and add lite cream cheese and protein pasta
