Pedro Pascal is next... I know Hollywood wants Pascal to be the next big thing. People like Pedro Pascal over the course of 10-12 episodes series, but don't like him in 2 hour movie. But some TV Stars just have a hard time breaking into Hollywood; actors like Will Smith & Michael J Fox are rare in the TV sphere.

No one has ever asked for more Leto acting. Hollywood kept pushing him on us when no one wants him. Even in Suicide Squad he was one of the most hated parts as no-one liked his Joker. Hopefully his leading days are finally over after killing Tron.

Weird to mention Suicide Squad, the film he was notoriously mostly edited out of after the initial marketing heavily focused on him but didn't get the hoped for response. Also a film with multiple stories of him being inappropriate to cast members and claiming it was part of his method. A decade ago. But, sure, a dozen bad movies later this is news worthy.

I wouldn’t say it is fair to put BR 2049’s failure on him. It was an amazing movie in spite of him but similarly to the original it struggled to find a mainstream audience. I absolutely wish someone else was in that role but it wouldn’t have changed the box office numbers.
